IR-RU Annual Raffle Rules
Drawing is held annually on December 31. You do NOT need to be present to win.
Fantastic Odds of Winning a Prize - 1 in 32
Payout is as follows : 1st Place - $5,000
2nd Place - $2,500
3rd Place - $1,000
4th Place - $500 / 4 Winners of $500 each

All tickets are sold for $100 each. There will be a limit of 225 tickets sold.
There is a supply of tickets available at the Clubhouse at any time.
Tickets may have multiple owners, however there will be only one 'owner of record'
who will be solely responsible for the ticket and disbursement of winning funds.
Members wishing to sign out a number of tickets to sell should contact Terry McMillan
at 341-0564 and she will make arrangements for pick-up at the clubhouse. Members signing out
tickets will be entirely responsible for return or full payment of any such tickets.
Members have until December 2nd at the meeting to return any unsold tickets.
Special envelopes are available at the Club for making partial payments. The physical ticket will be
retained by the Club until it is paid in full. Members failing to pay in full before the drawing
will forfeit any moneys paid and ownership of the ticket will revert to the Club.
Anyone issuing a bad check as payment will be back charged accordingly and dropped from the raffle.
Prize moneys will be dispersed December 31st. In order to maintain compliance with Florida
Statute # 849.094, each winner must sign a waiver stating his or her legal name, legal address,
and a working phone number, acknowledging that the prizes have been received.
This waiver must be witnessed by two officers or directors of the IR-RU Family Social Club.
